This Privacy Policy describes how the School Flow application (hereinafter: « Implementation », « we », « our » or « Nos »), edited by Digilinks, collects, uses, stores and protects users' personal data (hereinafter: « you » or « user ») as part of its use.
1. Data collection
We collect the following data types when using the application:
- Personal data: surname, first name, e-mail address, login identifiers.
- School data: notes, absences, schedule, student card, school events, courier.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system.
2. Data usage
The data collected are used only for:
- Allow access and use of the application.
- Manage user accounts and access rights.
- Ensure school follow-up and communication among stakeholders.
- Improve service and detect possible malfunctions.
- Respect our legal obligations.

Your data is not shared with any third parties. They are used exclusively as part of the relationship between you and Digilinks.

The data is hosted by OVH. To date, no specific encryption method has been implemented for data at rest or in transit. However, organizational measures are in place to limit unauthorized access.

The data is retained as long as the user has an active account on the application.

In accordance with the regulations applicable in Tunisia, you can:

- Request correction or deletion
